Objective: To promote High Definition retail offers.
Mechanics: Participants visited the sweepstakes website and registered by providing general contact information. Following registration / sign-in, the Flash game interface of an HDTV was presented, featuring the art located at retail… a half of a football with the messaging “If You Don’t Have HD, You Don’t Know the Half of It”. Visitors clicked on the football. The football was then kicked through (or not through) field goal posts to determine if they were an instant winner. As the ball passed the goal posts, it broke glass to demonstrate how clear HDTV looks.
Prizes: One Grand Prize winner received a HDTV. Fifty Instant Win Prize Winners received a $50 Gift Card to CompUSA or Circuit City.
